Here we like to make analysis with you, firstly ,if you work plastic, please tell your supplier the workpiece, then we will design the end mill for your working material. such as the plastic, you cannot use a 45 helix angle to work piastic, as cutting plastic need sharp cutting edge, big chip groove, so the best choice is use 30 ° helix angle.
